If your travel instrument ever develops any issues, I want to be the first to know about it. Even if your instrument is out of warranty, I will glady inspect it for free and make any repairs or adjustments at a very reasonable rate.

I offer a 5 year warranty on travel instruments:

~2 year full warranty* on workmanship and materials

~year 3 80% of any repair costs are covered*

~year 4 60% of any repair costs are covered*

~year 5 40% of any repair costs are covered*

Travel instrument cases are warranted for 1 year.

*Does not include shipping cost to and from my shop.

*All determination of actions to be taken on warranty issues at my sole discretion.

For all travel instrument orders, I require a 50% down payment, with the balance payable prior to shipping.

For full size instruments, I require a 30% down payment, with the balance payable prior to shipping.
